Consent to Photograph and Record Video:I, the undersigned Subject, hereby grant permission to the Photographer and/or Videographer to take and record photographs and video footage of me during the session described above.2. Permission to Use, Edit, and Publish:I authorize the Photographer and/or Videographer to: Use the photographs and video recordings for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, promotions, social media, email campaigns, website content, exhibitions, and printed materials. Edit, crop, alter, or otherwise modify the photographs and videos at their discretion. Use my name, likeness, image, voice, and any spoken content captured during the session in connection with the published materials. I understand and agree that my name may be publicly associated with the photographs and/or videos.3. Ownership and Copyright:The Photographer and/or Videographer retain full ownership and copyright of all photographs and videos. The Subject is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.4. Release of Liability:I hereby waive, release, and hold harmless the Photographer and/or Videographer and all associated agents, employees, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the creation, editing, distribution, or use of the photographs or videos, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of intellectual property rights.5. No Compensation:I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation, monetary or otherwise, for the creation or use of the photographs or videos and that this release is given voluntarily and without expectation of payment.6. Right to Withdraw Consent:I understand that I may revoke this release at any time by providing written notice to the Photographer and/or Videographer. I acknowledge, however, that such revocation will not affect any use of materials that has already occurred prior to receipt of the notice.7. Indemnification:I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Photographer and/or Videographer from any claims or liability resulting from my breach of this Agreement or any third-party claims arising from the use of the images or videos as authorized herein.8. No Obligation to Use:I understand that the Photographer and/or Videographer are not obligated to publish, distribute, or otherwise use any of the photographs or videos taken during the session.9. Retention Period:I understand that the Photographer and/or Videographer may retain the photographs and videos for an indefinite period unless I request their removal in writing.10.
